FAQ FOR THOSE GLAMPING WITH LULUBELLS THIS SUMMER….

Have you booked glamping with us this summer? Was that a yes? Ah brilliant, well big high fives to you! I’m guessing you are on our site because you are going to an awesome outdoor event; be it a festival, work summer party or a wedding, whatever it may be, we want you to have the best stay so here are a few questions we often get asked about boutique camping. WHAT DOES MY TENT COME WITH?

  • Bed: double (foam mattress or airbed) single (airbed)
  • Quality linen,13.5 tog duvets and pillows (either down or polyester)
  • Vintage crate or suitcase bedside table
  • Floor rug
  • Vanity mirror
  • LED battery powered lamp
  • Fairy lights
  • Blankets
  • Bunting

DOES MY TENT HAVE POWER?

No. All our lights are battery or solar powered. At some events, the organisers may have arranged for a pamper tent to be set up where you will have access to hair dryers and straighteners, please check with organisers to see if this is the case.

HOW WILL I FIND MY TENT?

You will be sent a email from Lulubells in advance of the event providing you with the name of the tent you will be staying in, when you arrive, simply find your tent and get settled.

WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE?

Typically tents will be set up the day before the event and will be available for you to stay in, however please do check in with the organiser to make sure they are happy with you arriving early or before the event starts.

AND WHAT ABOUT CHECK OUT?

Check out is 11am the day after the event, please leave tents tidy and make sure you vacate tents by this time.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU SUGGEST I BRING FOR AN EXTRA COMFY STAY?

To make sure you don’t miss any camera moments, and if you want to use the light on your phone, a battery charging power pack is useful. A torch is often handy to have if you need to take a trip to the loo in the night. I would also recommend bringing along a extra warm clothes for the nighttime, we provide bedding and blankets, although having an extra jumper or blanket is always useful just in case it’s particularly chilly in the middle of the night. If you are staying for two nights you might want to bring along camping chairs, table and cooking equipment such as a gas stove or BBQ.

DO YOU PROVIDE SHOWERS AND TOILETS?

No we don’t provide this as part of our service, however the event organisers will have arranged this so please check with them.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE ANYTHING?

As always we ask our glampers to please be respectful of our tents and the furnishings included, if it’s wet and muddy, please could we ask kindly for you to take off your shoes when you enter the tent to keep furnishings clean. If you accidentally damage or break something, do let us know, leave us a note or drop us a text, we greatly appreciate it, the event organisers have paid a security deposit to cover this, but it’s always good to know in advance.
